Can you work from a tech pack, reference image or sample garment?
We can review a complete tech pack, design sketch, reference photo or existing sample garment. Our team will identify any missing measurements, construction details or material information before sampling begins.
What is your minimum order quantity for custom apparel?
Our MOQ usually starts from 300 pieces per style. The final quantity depends on the fabric, color requirements, garment construction and custom processes involved.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Samples are developed before bulk production so you can review the fit, fabric, workmanship and custom details. Production moves forward after the required sample and specifications are approved.
How long does sample development usually take?
Sample development usually takes 7–14 days after the fabric and design details are confirmed. Complex construction, custom fabrics or special finishing may require additional time.
What customization options do you support?
We support custom fabrics, colors, printing, embroidery, garment dyeing, washing effects, labels, hangtags, trims and packaging. Our team will review each option against the style, MOQ and production requirements.
Do you support OEM, ODM and private label apparel projects?
We support OEM, ODM and private label development from design review and fabric sourcing through sampling, branding details and bulk production. The level of support can be adjusted to the resources your brand already has.
How do you keep bulk production consistent with the approved sample?
The approved sample and confirmed specifications are used as the production reference. We check fabric, measurements, workmanship, trims and decoration details during production and before shipment.
Can I visit your factory or arrange a video meeting?
Factory visits in Ningbo can be arranged in advance for sample reviews and production discussions. When an in-person visit is not practical, we can organize a video meeting with the relevant team.
