Frequently Asked Questions

How are fabrics and trims selected and approved?

Fabric and trim options are reviewed around composition, weight, hand feel, performance, color, cost and MOQ. Swatches, lab dips or trim samples are submitted for approval when required.

When is the quotation confirmed?

Pricing becomes more accurate once the construction, fabric, trims, decoration, packaging and quantity are clear. If approved specifications change later, we will review whether the quotation also needs to be updated.

What approvals are needed before bulk production?

Depending on the project, approvals may include a fit or pre-production sample, fabric and color, print or embroidery artwork, trims, labels, packaging and final measurements.

How are sample comments and revisions managed?

We work from consolidated comments linked to the current sample version. Our team records the requested changes and updates patterns, measurements or construction details before the next stage.

How long does bulk production usually take?

Bulk production usually takes 25–35 working days after the materials, pre-production sample and order details are approved. Complex fabrics, washes or decorative processes may extend the schedule.

What production updates will I receive?

We share updates at key milestones such as material readiness, cutting, sewing, decoration, inspection and packing. Photos or reports can also be provided according to the project.

How is quality controlled during production?

Our quality checks include fabric inspection, in-line inspection, measurement review and final garment inspection. Each stage is checked against the approved sample and specifications.

What is checked before shipment?

Before shipment, we check workmanship, measurements, labels, packing, quantities and carton marks. Shipping is arranged after the required inspection and delivery details are confirmed.
