Product Details

This custom printed Tencel women’s shirt combines a relaxed longline body with dropped shoulders, a classic point collar and an all-over tropical leaf motif. The 190 GSM Tencel woven fabric provides a smooth handfeel and fluid drape, allowing the shirt to fall naturally over the body without appearing overly lightweight. A chest patch pocket, button cuffs and curved shirttail hem support resortwear, vacation and casual lifestyle collections.

190 GSM Tencel Fabric with Fluid Shirt Drape

Smooth Surface for Relaxed Summer Layering

The 100% Tencel construction provides a smooth surface and softer fall than a crisp conventional shirting fabric. At 190 GSM, the material offers enough coverage for an oversized shirt while retaining the fluid movement required for warm-weather and resort-led collections.

Dimensional Stability and Finishing Control

Tencel fabric can respond to washing, moisture, steam and mechanical finishing. Shrinkage, seam slippage, skew and surface appearance should therefore be tested before grading. Approved washing and pressing conditions help maintain body length, sleeve balance and collar shape during production.

All-Over Tropical Print and Pattern Distribution

The white botanical motif is distributed across the blue body, sleeves, collar and pocket. Print scale, repeat direction and color contrast should be approved from strike-off samples before bulk printing begins.

For an all-over design, perfect motif matching at every seam may increase fabric consumption and cutting time. Priority matching areas can instead be defined around the center front, collar, chest pocket or other visible construction points.

Collar, Placket and Button Alignment

The point collar gives the relaxed shirt a familiar tailored structure. Collar spread, point length and neckline circumference should be balanced so both sides sit evenly without curling after washing or pressing.

Button spacing should remain consistent from the neckline through the lower front. The placket may require light stabilization so the fluid fabric does not stretch, ripple or become uneven during buttonhole and button attachment.

Chest Pocket Placement and Print Balance

A single patch pocket adds function without interrupting the loose silhouette. Pocket height, width and distance from the center front should remain proportional across the size range.

The pocket print may be deliberately aligned with the body motif or cut independently for a more casual appearance. This decision should be confirmed before marker planning because precise matching affects fabric usage and production cost.

Dropped Shoulders, Cuffs and Curved Hem

Dropped shoulders create additional ease through the upper body and sleeves. Shoulder extension, armhole depth and sleeve length should be evaluated together to prevent excess volume beneath the arm or cuffs that finish too low on the hand.

The curved shirttail hem allows the shirt to be worn loose, partially tucked or tied at the waist. Front and back lengths, side-curve depth and hem stitching should remain balanced to avoid twisting or uneven drop after laundering.

Custom Options for Private Label Programs

Private label printed Tencel shirt development may include:

  • Custom print artwork, repeat scale and seasonal colorways
  • Alternative fabric weights, weaves and surface finishes
  • Relaxed, oversized, cropped or standard shirt proportions
  • Short sleeves, roll-tab sleeves or adjustable button cuffs
  • Patch pockets, concealed pockets or pocket-free fronts
  • Custom buttons, labels, hangtags and branded packaging

Sample approval should confirm fabric drape, print color, motif placement, collar balance, pocket position, sleeve length, hem shape and post-wash measurements before bulk cutting begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the tropical print be replaced with custom artwork?

Yes. Original artwork, repeat layouts, motif scale and color combinations can be developed from the brand’s approved design files.

Can the shirt be made shorter or less oversized?

Yes. Body length, chest width, shoulder extension and sleeve volume can be adjusted for regular, relaxed, oversized or cropped proportions.

Can the pocket print be matched to the body?

Yes. Priority print matching can be arranged, although it may increase fabric consumption, cutting requirements and production cost.

What should be approved before manufacturing?

Confirm fabric weight, print strike-off, repeat scale, color standard, motif placement, collar shape, button specification, shrinkage and finished measurements.

Approve Print Scale and Shirt Drape Before Bulk Release

Review the sample for print clarity, motif distribution, collar balance, button alignment, pocket position, shoulder ease, cuff length and curved hem placement. For sampling and quotation, provide the target quantity, size range, artwork files, print colors, preferred fit, button requirements, labels, packaging details and available technical documents.
