Product Details

This custom garment-washed graphic T-shirt combines a relaxed straight silhouette with a heavyweight 250 GSM cotton-polyester jersey and a collegiate-inspired number graphic. The washed slate-blue surface gives the style a faded, worn-in appearance, while the contrasting mustard print adds a clear focal point. The design is suitable for streetwear, casual lifestyle collections, campus-inspired ranges and private label graphic programs.

250 GSM Cotton-Polyester Jersey with Substantial Structure
Cotton-Led Handfeel and Everyday Durability
The 80% cotton content supports a familiar, breathable handfeel, while polyester improves shape retention and helps the fabric withstand repeated wear. At 250 GSM, the jersey has more structure and coverage than a lightweight promotional tee, making it suitable for premium casualwear and streetwear positioning.
Fabric Stability after Garment Washing
The faded surface suggests a garment-washed direction. Shrinkage, twisting, shade variation and surface appearance should be checked after the selected wash process. Pattern measurements need to include the expected wash allowance so chest width, body length and sleeve length remain within tolerance.
Vintage Wash Effect and Bulk Shade Control
A washed finish gives the blue fabric a softer, lived-in appearance rather than a flat solid color. Enzyme wash, pigment wash or another approved technique may be selected during development according to the required handfeel and visual depth.
Wash effects naturally create some garment-to-garment variation. A sealed approval sample and acceptable shade range should therefore be established before bulk production. Neck rib, sewing thread and body fabric should also be reviewed together after washing.
Collegiate Graphic Placement and Print Approval
The centered front artwork combines lettering with a large number motif. Artwork width, vertical position and distance from the neckline should be graded carefully so the print remains visually balanced across all sizes.
The exact application method is not confirmed from the image. Screen printing, water-based printing, discharge printing, puff printing or another technique may be selected according to the desired surface and wash performance. Strike-offs should confirm color, opacity, handfeel and adhesion before production.
Crew-Neck Shape and Relaxed Fit Control
The ribbed crew neck provides recovery around the neckline and helps the heavier body fabric retain a clean shape. Rib extension, neckline circumference and shoulder seam stabilization should be approved together to reduce stretching or neckline waviness.
The relaxed body allows easy styling without becoming excessively oversized. Chest width, shoulder position, sleeve opening and finished length can be adjusted for regular, relaxed or streetwear-led proportions.
Custom Options for Private Label Programs
Private label heavyweight graphic T-shirt development may include:
- Alternative cotton-polyester ratios, weights and jersey structures
- Garment wash, pigment wash, enzyme wash or faded color effects
- Custom regular, relaxed, oversized or cropped proportions
- Screen print, puff print, discharge print or embroidery
- Custom rib colors, contrast stitching and branded neck labels
- Hangtags, folding methods and private label packaging
Sample approval should confirm the fabric weight, wash effect, neckline recovery, graphic scale, print color, garment measurements and post-wash performance before bulk cutting begins.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the front graphic be replaced with original artwork?

Can the T-shirt be developed as an oversized unisex style?
Yes. Chest width, shoulder extension, sleeve length and body length can be revised for women’s, men’s or unisex proportions.
What should be approved before manufacturing?
Confirm the wash method, shade tolerance, print technique, artwork placement, rib recovery, shrinkage, size grading and finished measurements.
