Product Details

These cashmere-touch Hacci drawcord-hem pants combine a soft brushed appearance with a relaxed straight-leg silhouette and adjustable lower openings. The elastic waistband uses a contrast twisted drawcord, while curved pockets are finished with decorative stitching. Hem cords allow the leg shape to remain open or gather into a jogger profile.

360 GSM Hacci Interlock with a Cashmere-Like Touch
Soft Surface Without Actual Cashmere Fiber
Rayon contributes drape and softness, while nylon and polyester support stability. The brushed Hacci surface creates a cashmere-like touch, but the composition contains no cashmere. Use cashmere-touch rather than claiming cashmere content.
Five Percent Spandex and Recovery
The 5% spandex content provides flexibility through the waist, hips and knees. Recovery and knee growth should be tested after wear. Panels need relaxation before cutting so both legs remain even.
Elastic Waistband and Twisted Drawcord Control
The waistband should sit securely without rolling or creating excess pressure. Elastic ratio, casing depth and drawcord length require on-body approval. Cord exits must remain reinforced.
Contrast Pocket Stitching and Opening Stability
Curved pocket openings are highlighted with decorative contrast stitching. Stitch spacing and tension should remain consistent, while the pocket edge stays flat. Pocket bags need practical depth without visible bulk.
Adjustable Drawcord Hems and Leg Shape
Switching Between Straight and Gathered Profiles
Hem cords allow the wearer to adjust the lower opening. The channel must gather evenly without twisting, and toggles should remain secure. Released hems should return to equal widths.
Preventing Lower-Leg Growth
The 360 GSM fabric may lengthen under its own weight. Hanging and wash tests should confirm the inseam before hem channels are completed.
Pilling and Brushed-Surface Performance
A soft Hacci surface can be sensitive to abrasion and pilling. Testing should cover pilling, snagging, shrinkage, colorfastness and recovery. Care instructions should preserve the brushed touch.

Buyer FAQs for Cashmere-Touch Hacci Pants
Does the fabric contain cashmere?
No. Cashmere-touch describes the soft handfeel; the listed composition contains rayon, nylon, polyester and spandex.
Can the hem drawcord be removed?
Yes. The pants can use a clean open hem, elastic cuff or fixed gathered finish.
Will the fabric pill?
Some risk exists with brushed Hacci surfaces, so pilling and abrasion testing are important.
What should be confirmed before manufacturing?
Confirm waistband recovery, pocket stitching, hem adjustment, pilling, leg growth and finished inseam.
Confirming Hem Return Before Drawcord Length and Final Inseam Are Released
Review the sample for waistband comfort, stitch consistency, hem adjustment, knee recovery and post-wash length. For sampling and quotation, provide the quantity, size range, drawcord standard, color reference, target inseam, branding details and technical specifications.
