Product Details

These custom textured wide-leg pants combine a tailored waistband and concealed zip fly with the comfort of a flexible 380 GSM multi-fiber knit. The all-over tonal surface adds visual depth without relying on a contrasting print, while the full-length wide legs create a clean, elongated silhouette. The oatmeal heather color supports premium casualwear, elevated loungewear, travel collections and coordinated matching-set programs.

Main fabric 20% regenerated fibre, 14% lyocell, 29% acrylic, 10% cotton, 17% polyester, 2% wool, 8% spandex
Fabric weight 380 GSM
Fit High-rise, full-length relaxed wide-leg silhouette
Design details Structured waistband, front button, concealed zip fly, side pockets and clean hems
Suitable for Premium casualwear, travel, smart athleisure, loungewear and matching sets

Tonal Surface Texture with 380 GSM Structure

Multi-Fiber Handfeel and Visual Depth

Lyocell, regenerated fibre and cotton contribute softness, while acrylic and polyester help support body and dimensional stability. The small wool content adds light warmth, and the tonal raised texture gives the neutral fabric more character than a plain flat-knit quality.

Stretch Recovery for Tailored Comfort

The 8% spandex content allows movement through the waist, hip and seat while supporting recovery after wear. Extension, growth, shrinkage and heat response should be tested before grading so the tailored waistband and wide-leg measurements remain stable.

Structured Waistband and Concealed Fly Construction

The clean waistband, visible front button and concealed zip fly give the pants a more polished appearance than a standard pull-on lounge style. Waistband interfacing and internal stabilization should be compatible with the stretch fabric so the upper edge remains level without becoming rigid.

Button size, buttonhole length and zipper tape should be approved together. Excessively firm components may restrict the flexible body fabric or create visible pulling around the center front.

Wide-Leg Balance and Full-Length Drape

The legs fall from a relaxed upper hip into a wide, nearly straight lower opening. Hip ease, thigh width, knee width and hem circumference should be evaluated as one proportion so the silhouette hangs vertically rather than collapsing inward.

Finished length should be reviewed with the intended footwear. Front and back hem balance requires control to reduce dragging, uneven stacking or one leg appearing longer after laundering.

Texture Direction and Panel Consistency

The all-over surface pattern should remain visually consistent across the front, back and waistband panels. Cutting direction may affect how the texture reflects light, so all major components should follow the same approved orientation.

Bulk inspection should compare texture clarity, shade, surface density and brushing or finishing results against a sealed reference. This helps control visible differences between dye lots and production batches.

Coordinated Jacket and Matching-Set Development

The pants can coordinate with high-collar jackets, cropped outer layers or relaxed tops using the same 380 GSM fabric. Jacket and trousers should share one approved shade standard, while the waistband, buttons and zipper components may be customized to suit the collection direction.

Custom Options for Private Label Programs

Private label textured wide-leg pants development may include:

  • Alternative regenerated-fiber blends, weights and tonal textures
  • Custom rises, hip ease, inseams and hem widths
  • Button-and-fly, concealed side-zip or pull-on waist constructions
  • Side pockets, welt pockets or concealed pocket options
  • Straight, moderate wide-leg or fuller palazzo proportions
  • Matching jackets, labels, hangtags and branded packaging

Sample approval should confirm the surface texture, waistband comfort, fly alignment, hip ease, pocket position, leg balance and post-wash measurements before bulk cutting begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the pants use an elastic waistband?

Yes. The tailored waistband can be replaced with a full-elastic, back-elastic or internal drawcord construction.

Can the textured surface be changed?

Yes. Texture scale, surface density, color and finishing can be adjusted after fabric development and sample approval.

Can the leg opening be made narrower?

Yes. Thigh, knee and hem measurements can be revised for relaxed straight, moderate wide-leg or fuller proportions.

What should be approved before manufacturing?

Confirm the fiber specification, texture standard, waistband structure, zipper type, pocket depth, rise, leg width, finished length and shrinkage.

Approve Waistband Structure and Texture Consistency

Review the sample for waist comfort, fly alignment, hip balance, pocket access, leg drape, hem placement and surface consistency. For sampling and quotation, provide the target quantity, size range, preferred rise, finished length, texture reference, color standard, matching-jacket requirements, trims, labels, packaging details and available technical files.
