Product Details

This custom women’s sleeveless half-zip pullover combines a high stand collar and center zipper with extended shoulders, V-shaped front panel seams and a relaxed hip-length body. The 330–340 GSM rayon-blend knit provides a smooth surface and substantial drape, while the heavier 380 GSM rib controls the lower opening. The light heather-grey finish supports elevated loungewear, travel, athleisure and coordinated matching-set collections.

330–340 GSM Knit with Structured Sleeveless Drape
Rayon Softness and Substantial Body
Rayon contributes a smoother handfeel and allows the pullover to fall naturally through the chest and lower body. The substantial fabric weight gives the sleeveless silhouette enough structure to hold the collar and front panel lines without creating the stiffness of a bonded or rigid outerwear fabric.
Polyester Stability and Spandex Recovery
Polyester supports dimensional stability, while spandex provides flexibility through the neckline, shoulders and torso. Recovery, shrinkage and finished width should be checked after laundering so the armholes, body length and lower opening remain consistent. The supplied composition totals 103%, so the final fiber ratio should be confirmed before care labels and bulk specifications are released.
Stand Collar and Center Half-Zip Construction
The raised collar provides additional coverage and gives the top a more structured layering appearance. Collar height, neckline circumference and zipper length should be approved together so the opening remains comfortable when fully closed and balanced when partially opened.
Zipper tape and stretch knit fabric may feed differently during sewing. Stabilization, seam allowance and machine tension should be tested to prevent rippling, twisting or uneven extension along the center front. Both collar sides should finish at the same height when the zipper is closed.
V-Panel Seams and Extended Shoulder Balance
Angled front seams frame the zipper and create a defined V-shaped panel across the upper body. Both seam lines should remain symmetrical and meet the center-front area at equal positions. Accurate cutting and controlled sewing tension help prevent one side from appearing longer or steeper than the other.
The extended shoulders create a stronger sleeveless outline than a narrow tank-style armhole. Shoulder width and armhole depth should be reviewed over the intended base layer to provide coverage without restricting movement or exposing excessive space beneath the arms.
380 GSM Rib Hem and Lower-Opening Recovery
The heavier rib trim controls the relaxed body volume and creates a clean stopping point around the upper hip. Rib extension, hem circumference and body length should be approved together so the top sits neatly over matching pants without riding upward, rolling or creating excessive gathering.
Matching-Set and Layering Applications
This sleeveless pullover can be paired with tapered pants, wide-leg trousers or shorts using the same main fabric and rib direction. It can also be layered over fitted tanks or long-sleeve tops for transitional travel and casualwear collections.
Custom Options for Private Label Programs
Private label sleeveless pullover development may include:
- Alternative rayon blends, fabric weights and surface finishes
- Custom collar heights, zipper lengths and puller finishes
- Adjustments to shoulder extension, armhole depth and body length
- V-shaped seams, curved panels or clean plain-front versions
- Embroidery, raised logos, heat transfers or woven labels
- Matching pants, care labels, hangtags and branded packaging
Sample approval should confirm the final composition, collar comfort, zipper stability, front-panel symmetry, armhole coverage, rib recovery and post-wash measurements before bulk cutting begins.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the shoulder width and armhole coverage be adjusted?
Yes. Shoulder extension, armhole depth, side-body coverage and total body width can be revised during pattern and sample development.
Why is the rib heavier than the main fabric?
The 380 GSM rib provides stronger recovery and additional structure at the lower opening, helping the relaxed body retain its intended shape.
Can the zipper and V-panel construction be customized?
Yes. Zipper length, puller finish, panel depth, seam angle and front construction can be developed according to the approved design direction.
What should be approved before manufacturing?
Confirm the final fabric composition, main and rib handfeel, collar height, zipper alignment, V-panel symmetry, armhole coverage, hem recovery, shrinkage and finished measurements.
Confirming Armhole Coverage Before V-Panel and Bulk Measurements Are Released
Review the sample for collar comfort, zipper alignment, shoulder extension, armhole depth, front-seam symmetry, rib-hem recovery and finished body length. For sampling and quotation, provide the confirmed fabric composition, target quantity, size range, preferred fit, zipper requirements, color standard, matching-set details, branding information and any available technical files.
