Product Details

These custom women’s wide-leg fleece pants combine a clean elasticated waistband with full-length legs, angled side pockets and curved panel seams positioned above the lower hems. The 280 GSM rayon-polyester fleece has a soft textured surface and a fluid drape that gives the relaxed silhouette a more elevated appearance than conventional sweatpants. The dusty-blue shade supports travel, casualwear, loungewear and coordinated fleece collection programs.

Main fabric 45% rayon, 55% new-type polyester fiber
Fabric weight 280 GSM
Fit High-rise relaxed silhouette with full-length wide legs
Design details Elastic waistband, angled side pockets, curved lower-leg panel seams and straight hems
Suitable for Elevated loungewear, casualwear, travel, transitional lifestyle ranges and matching sets

280 GSM Rayon-Polyester Fleece with Fluid Structure

Rayon Drape Across the Wide-Leg Silhouette

The rayon content contributes a softer touch and allows the fabric to fall naturally from the hip through the full-length legs. This drape helps the wider shape move without appearing stiff or excessively bulky. At 280 GSM, the fabric provides enough coverage for a relaxed trouser silhouette while remaining suitable for indoor and transitional-season wear.

Polyester Stability and Surface Retention

The specialty polyester fiber supports dimensional stability and helps the pants retain their shape around the waistband, pockets and lower panels. Bulk testing should confirm shrinkage, pilling resistance, colorfastness and pile direction so the finished garments maintain a consistent surface and leg length after laundering.

Elastic Waistband and High-Rise Fit Balance

The clean elasticated waistband provides flexible fitting without an external drawcord. Elastic width, extension and finished waist circumference should be approved together so the opening stretches comfortably over the hip and recovers securely at the waist.

Keeping the Waistline Level

Gathering should remain evenly distributed across the front, sides and back. Uneven elastic tension can create twisting or excess fullness through one section of the upper body. Waistband stitching should remain parallel, and the top edge should sit level when the pants are worn.

Wide-Leg Proportion and Full-Length Drape

The legs maintain relaxed volume from the thigh through the hem rather than narrowing toward the ankle. Hip width, thigh measurement, knee width, lower opening and inseam length should be reviewed together so the silhouette remains balanced across the complete size range.

The side seams and inseams should hang vertically without rotating toward the front or back. Fabric relaxation before cutting and controlled sewing tension help prevent twisting, uneven leg length or distortion around the knees.

Curved Lower Panels and Hem Construction

Curved seam lines cross the lower legs above the hems, creating subtle visual structure without using contrasting materials. Both curved panels should remain symmetrical in height and shape so the left and right legs appear balanced when viewed from the front.

Seam allowance, feeding direction and topstitching should be controlled carefully because the textured fleece surface may shift during sewing. The lower hems should remain flat and level without flaring, tunneling or visible rippling after laundering.

Angled Side Pockets and Front-Line Control

Angled pockets provide practical hand access while keeping the front panels visually clean. Pocket opening length, angle and reinforcement should be approved on body so the edges remain flat and do not pull away from the hip during movement.

Pocket bags should offer usable depth without creating visible bulk beneath the main fabric. Both pocket openings should remain equal in height, angle and finished length.

Dusty-Blue Matching-Set Development

The dusty-blue color can be coordinated with button-front fleece jackets, pullovers, vests or lounge shorts made from the same material. For matching programs, fabric shade, pile direction, sewing thread and trim components should be approved under one color standard.

Custom Options for Private Label Programs

Private label wide-leg fleece pants development may include:

  • Alternative rayon-polyester ratios, weights and pile finishes
  • Custom waistband heights, elastic widths and drawcord options
  • Adjustments to rise, hip width, inseam and lower opening
  • Curved panels, plain legs, side seams or contrast inserts
  • Patch pockets, zipped pockets or pocket-free constructions
  • Custom logos, labels, hangtags and branded packaging

Sample approval should confirm the fleece surface, waist recovery, pocket position, panel symmetry, wide-leg balance and post-wash measurements before bulk cutting begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the leg width be made narrower?

Yes. The thigh, knee and lower-opening measurements can be adjusted to create straight-leg, relaxed or moderately wide silhouettes.

Can an adjustable drawcord be added?

Yes. An internal or external drawcord, reinforced openings and customized cord ends can be introduced during waistband development.

Can the curved lower panels be removed?

Yes. The pants can use clean plain legs, vertical panels, contrast inserts or alternative seam placements according to the collection direction.

What should be approved before manufacturing?

Confirm fabric handfeel, pile direction, waistband recovery, pocket depth, panel symmetry, inseam length, hem level, pilling performance and shrinkage.

Confirming Leg Drape Before Curved Panels and Bulk Measurements Are Released

Review the sample for waist comfort, hip room, pocket access, thigh volume, panel alignment, lower-opening width and finished inseam length. For sampling and quotation, provide the target quantity, size range, preferred rise, leg width, color standard, surface requirements, branding details and any available technical files.
