Product Details

This custom women’s soft-brushed high-collar jacket combines a relaxed waist-length body with raglan sleeves, a buttoned funnel collar and a concealed center-front placket. The 380 GSM regenerated-fiber blend provides substantial coverage with flexible recovery, while its softly brushed heather surface creates a warmer and more refined appearance. 380 GSM Multi-Fiber Knit with Brushed Warmth
Softness, Coverage and Surface Stability
Lyocell and regenerated fibers support a smoother handfeel, while acrylic and polyester contribute body and dimensional stability. Cotton adds familiarity to the touch, and the small wool content introduces light warmth. At 380 GSM, the fabric maintains the jacket’s structured collar and clean cropped proportion without requiring a rigid woven shell.
Stretch Recovery for an Easy Outer Layer
The 8% spandex content supports movement through the shoulders, elbows and body. Extension, recovery, pilling and shrinkage should be tested before grading so the front placket, sleeve length and finished hem remain stable after wear and laundering.
Buttoned Funnel Collar and Concealed Front Placket
The raised collar uses two visible buttons to adjust the neckline and create a clean cold-weather detail. Collar height, circumference and button spacing should be approved together so the neckline remains comfortable when closed and folds neatly when partially open.
The concealed placket keeps the front minimal by covering the main fastening system. Internal stabilization is important to prevent the front edges from rippling or becoming uneven against the dense stretch fabric.
Raglan Sleeves, Cuff Tabs and Hem Structure
Raglan seams create a softer shoulder line and allow greater mobility than a sharply structured set-in sleeve. Sleeve pitch, underarm depth and seam extension should be checked together to avoid twisting or excess volume near the upper arm.
Adjustable cuff tabs introduce a tailored utility detail. Tab length, button position and cuff circumference can be revised for a straighter opening or a more controlled wrist fit. The double-layer lower band helps define the waist-length shape without using conventional rib.
Welt Pockets and Matching-Set Applications
Vertical welt pockets provide hand access while maintaining a clean front. Opening length, pocket-bag depth and reinforcement should be confirmed during fitting so the edges remain flat and symmetrical.
The oatmeal heather shade can coordinate with straight-leg or wide-leg pants using the same fabric family. Jacket and bottoms may be developed as one matching set or ordered separately with different size ratios and branding positions.
Custom Options for Private Label Programs
Private label high-collar jacket development may include:
- Alternative regenerated-fiber blends, weights and brushed finishes
- Custom collar heights, body lengths and raglan proportions
- Hidden zippers, concealed snaps or button-front closures
- Welt pockets, zipped pockets or patch-pocket constructions
- Adjustable cuff tabs, straight cuffs or stretch cuff finishes
- Matching pants, logo applications and branded packaging
Sample approval should confirm the fabric surface, collar comfort, placket alignment, raglan balance, pocket position, cuff adjustment and post-wash measurements before bulk cutting begins.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the funnel collar be made lower?
Yes. Collar height, circumference, button spacing and front overlap can be adjusted for a lower stand collar or a more protective high-neck shape.
Can the concealed front use a zipper?
Yes. The placket can cover a metal zipper, nylon zipper, hidden snaps or another approved fastening system.
Can matching pants be developed?
Yes. Straight-leg, wide-leg or tapered pants can use the same fabric, color standard, trims, labels and packaging direction.
What should be confirmed before manufacturing?
Confirm the regenerated-fiber type, brushing standard, collar dimensions, closure system, pocket depth, sleeve length, cuff position, shrinkage and finished measurements.
Collar and Concealed-Placket Approval Before Bulk Release
Review the sample for neckline comfort, collar shape, front alignment, raglan mobility, pocket access, cuff adjustment and hem position. For sampling and quotation, provide the target quantity, size range, preferred body length, exact regenerated-fiber specification, closure details, color standard, matching-pants requirements, labels, packaging information and available technical files.
