These vintage-wash slub TENCEL™ wide-leg pants combine a high-rise tailored waist with deep front pleats and a long, fluid trouser leg. The washed blue surface keeps a denim character, while the 220 GSM slub fabric falls more softly than rigid jeans. A braided trim above the hem adds a crafted finish.

220 GSM Slub Lyocell with Fluid Denim Drape
Visible Texture Without Heavy Stiffness
Slub yarn creates subtle irregularity across the washed surface. Lyocell supports a smooth handfeel and fluid wide-leg movement. Fabric approval should define the acceptable slub level.
Vintage Wash and Surface Fibrillation
Lyocell may develop a softly faded or peach-like surface during washing. The wash recipe must control fibrillation, streaking and shade variation. Testing should cover colorfastness, crocking, shrinkage and fabric strength.
High Waist, Front Pleats and Fly Construction
The fixed waistband, belt loops and button-and-zip fly provide a more tailored upper shape. Pleat depth and direction should remain equal, with enough release for hip movement. Waistband support must hold shape without excessive rigidity.
Full-Length Wide Legs and Vertical Growth
Balancing the Long Trouser Panels
Front and back legs should fall evenly without twisting toward the inseam. Panels require relaxation before cutting, followed by a hanging test. Inseam, outseam and leg opening should be checked after washing.
Allowing for Lyocell Relaxation
Long 100% lyocell panels may lengthen under their own weight. Final length should be approved after washing, drying and hanging. Measured growth must be reflected in the production pattern.
Braided Hem Trim and Lower-Leg Stability
The tonal braided trim runs above the hem and should remain level without tightening the fabric. Shrinkage, colorfastness and attachment strength must be tested with the trouser body.
Pocket Shape and Wide-Leg Line
Curved front pockets should provide comfortable access while remaining flat at the hip. Pocket reinforcement and bag depth must suit the lightweight fabric. Excess weight can distort the upper leg.
