No. Wool represents 5% of the shell. The product should be described as wool-handfeel or wool-touch jersey rather than wool trousers.
Why does the waistband use a different blend?

What fabric information is still required?
The composition is confirmed, but the shell and rib GSM should be added after the approved production fabrics are measured.
